TERMS OF SERVICE
By purchasing from Blushthief (previously or also known as 'Hukkadopts'), you are automatically agreeing to all of the terms listed below. Blushthief retains the rights to change the terms of service at any time.Breaking these terms can lead to being blacklisted or the re-distribution of the design.Blushthief has the right to use any designs or graphics made by us for personal advertisements, social media, commission examples, showcases or other such purposes.Blushthief retains the right to refuse services or sales for anyone for any reason. Payments must be completed in full before a design can be delivered.Chargebacks will result to both blacklisting and the resale or re-distribution of the design.Blushthief will only deliver digital copies of the artwork. The designs are digital goods.The buyer is free to do any edits to designs they have purchased. The buyer is free to make fursuits, 3D-models, plushies or other artwork for sale of the designs they have purchased.Blushthief designs can be resold for any amount regardless of their value when bought. Traded or gifted designs should not be resold as is, unless additional art has been added.Blushthief designs should be credited correctly with a link (Blushthief gallery, social media, or this page) or name (Blushthief) upon first use or profile pages.
